Anti-drug organization, Jordan
Arab Drug Control Office was established under the General Secretariat of the League of Arab States in 1950 and was founded in Cairo by the decision of the Political Committee of the League of Arab States, 26 August 1948.
Mr. Saleh Al-Sayed, expert at the anti drug organization of Jordan, on behalf of the Arab Drug Control Office supported the concept of our project. Saleh Al-Sayed is the author of the "How to guard our children against drugs” book, where he states that the most important aspects of the struggle against drug addiction are: developing self confidence in young people, giving them right to choose and supporting official and voluntary efforts aimed at reducing drug addiction.
