Muhammad Omar Saleh Al-Fakih was born in 1962 in Jordan.He graduated BA at the University of Jordan and the first 10 years of his career he taught at Jordanian schools.

After his D.Sc. at Yarmouk University he taught educational psychology until 2007. At the present time he is an expert and Head of the Ministry of Education in Bahrain.
